I bought this when it went on sale, but of course the price changed to the sale price as a permanent price a week after buying. Anyways i put it up with the help of two people and it went together pretty well except for a few misaligned pre drilled holes but not a big deal. We were going to go with one of the metal pergolas at the big box store but after reading all the problems with rust we changed our minds and are glad we chose this one. It looks great and i would buy again.

Purchased this item two weeks ago. It arrived within one week of purchase. All items were in good order with the exception of one board that was damaged. Requested a replacement which came within 3 days. Very good service. It took quite some time to seal all the boards before assembly but was glad I did. Took two guys to install that took about 10 hours to complete. Love the pergola. It is a very nice accent to my back patio. Very sturdy.

We love our pergola. It is great quality. Putting it together was quite the task, but all the pieces are already cut. There were a few holes that just didn't line up, but it was easily fixed by my husband. I highly recommend picking up the product from the store, and NOT using the Sam's Club delivery service. The pergola is great though and we love having the added shade and interest to our back porch.

This pergola is beautiful. It's a 2 man job. It took my husband approximately 7 hours to put up. One star was taken off because there were no pre drilled holes on the top layer for the final row of beams. He had to measure and drill the holes himself. He also had a few issues with screws, but there were extra screws included. Overall, we are pleased with the final outcome.

This is an AMAZING pergola! Shipped quickly and was even better in person than photos depict. With two adults, we were able to assemble it in one day. Very pleased with item and would definitely buy again! Highly recommended!!

My son and I put this up in about six hours. No complaints. As long as you stay level and square everything will line up. It's heavier than you think. We have hammocks hanging from it and it is doing just fine
