Ottimo formaggio morbidissimo. Facile e comodo da utilizzare nelle ricette. La utilizzo per fare la cheesecake. Molto buona anche mangiata così o per fare degli snack.

I use this for my stuffed 🍗 breast. I stuff my 🍗 with cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese and broccoli. It helps make my dish so creamy. I can eat cream cheese all the time. For my bagels, by itself, my 🍌 pudding and of course my cheesecake.

If there's something that I would take if an emergency happened it would be this. It's not the healthiest but once in a while I love to eat this with crepes and other foods.
