Every other cream cheese just isn’t quite right compared to this! Any time I decide to try something else I am disappointed. This kind is thick and creamy. I use it on bagels and also in some recipes. I have made cream cheese frosting and used it as part of a base for a cream soup.

I made an amazing dessert for Thanksgiving! It was a base of gooey butter cake (more like bars) and topped with a pumpkin/cream cheese mixture that was like the filling of a pumpkin pie!
