Great plain spread on toast,english muffin or banana bread..used in recipes such as cheesecake,soups,icing.I have used off brands but Philadelphia is the best. Always have some in the house for several recipes

I tired it recently, never liked cream cheese but I was surprised how smooth and creamy it was with rich flavor. It spreads easily on a toast and I would suggest using spoon for it. Idk why but spoon works better than a knife.
