Cream cheese is really a product you can’t go wrong with. I started using this in lasagna instead of cottage cheese or ricotta and my family is ecstatic! I love this cheese very much. There was a time, I ate mostly a kind of set of "I wanted to make rolls, but then I thought it would do anyway", consisting of sliced salmon, this cheese, lemon juice and balsamic vinegar. Cheap, angry, extremely primitive in cooking and damn it incredibly tasty. I must admit that without this cheese my joy would be incomplete) I really like Philadelphia rolls, but I'm too lazy to wrap them and cook rice, so everyone with similar gastronomic preferences can use my way. My kids love taking this to school for lunch. They don’t like mayo, so this is a great substitute for them. They will even take bagels with this. It keeps well over the couple of weeks that we have it. It’s such a nice snack to have to make dips, spreads, anything that we want thick and creamy!
