Horrible piece of meat. Extremely tuff

They were very good steaks, and if they been 1/2" thicker, they would have been great steaks.

Lots of fat, but not in a good way. Once you trim most away it is a tiny piece of meat.

So delicious and the guys had fun grilling it.

So easy to cook. And so good.

Excellent cut of meat. Marveling was good.

This steak is amazing! I bought this for my sons 16th birthday and was the best steak I have ever ate.

This steak was 3 lbs a d we grilled it and did a reverse sear. It came out awesome, we will differently be buying these again and again
