Good choice grade meat. I was able to get a few chuck eye steaks, several denver steaks, sierra steak, a good portion of stew meat and large roast which can also be ground. When you compare the steaks you can get out of this, it is worth the price. It does take a little work to break down.

I believe that sams is selling select chuck Rolls as choice. I buy a lot of these chucks and the fat content has been notably lacking this last year. Not always but enough to notice. Also about a third of the time the Delmonico steaks have already been removed.

This is the best way to make ground beef and steaks!

It was a great value at the time i purchased it but with inflation and the prices going up i will have to hold off on getting one again.

I haven’t cut this yet but plan to get as many different cuts as possible from it. Looking forward to what is supposed to be from an Angus.

Bought a chuck roll about 18 lbs to make barbacoa for rehearsal dinner. Trimmed, diced into big cubes, seared, then for braised 2 1/2 hrs in adobo base sauce. Great piece of meat, will buy more, and learn how to section into different cuts.

I always buy a box of the eye of round and a box of bottom round. We trim the eyes and make tenderized cutlets or jerky. With the scraps from the eyes we grind with the round or sirloin and make hamburger. No waste.

Bigger than I thought and that was great. Delivery was fast and easy.

Cryovac size has gotten a lot smaller meaning fewer cuts and the price is out of control! Cheaper at the "farmers market" than at Sams Club SMH!
