Good meat ,comes in easy to open package. I was able to cut various sizes of meat . Soft when cooked and has great flavor

Easy to order and pick up - felt the flavor of the beef was good, (like all of the beef products we purchase from Sam's) only issue is how we cut it apart. With practice this should work itself out. Do plan to order this again.

I cut up 15 pounds and bite-size pieces and made red and green chili and the meat was so tender and so flavorful. This is a very good buy I will definitely do it again

Good chunk of beef, made several chuck roasts and lots of lean burger meat for my meat loafs.
