These chocolate chip cookies are so delicious. I keep these on hand as a sweet treat for my family. Far better than what we were buying at our local grocery store.

The past three months we have purchased one big variety box of cookies each month. We've hoped for them to get better. They are dry, crumbly and hard. We definitely do not recommend the cookies. They used to be soft and worth buying.

Cookies have a rich chocolate taste as well as a taste of butter. The ingredients are much better than what most places offer. They aren't perfect though and contain whey protein near the end of the ingredients. The consistency is soft with no crispiness on the outside.

I’ve never had a bad experience with the Sam’s Club bakery and these cookies are no exception. They were soft and delicious. They were included in a Groupon offer and I gave them to my mom who is going through medical treatment but snuck a few and it was worth it ;)

I have been buying these chocolate chip cookies for years at Dallas retail rd. Store, they are the only ones we eat. Last week I picked up two plastic containers of them. What happened???? Plastic container different, cookies smaller and do not taste good like the old ones. When something is not broken, don’t try and fix it.

Chocolate chip is my favorite cookie. I live in Las Vegas and rate buffets by the quality of their chocolate chip cookies. Member's Mark CC cookies are fantastic. Soft and chewy, full of chocolate chunks. Wonderful. If they last a little long and start getting hard or crunchy, a quick dip in a drink (i.e. coffee) will fix that right up.

Tried these cookies because I read the recipe was improved using higher quality ingredients. They are okay, but Wegmans are much better...Better cookie batter & much better chocolate chips (Ghirardelli semisweet?). Also cookies were overbaked, not chewy.

i buy these every time i go to sams. some times several packs to keep in the freezer... NOT AVAILABLE ANY MORE IN MY CLUB along with many other items. others were complaining that the cookies were missing also..... ridiculous .... my membership is up within the month and i may not renew... last time we went only bought 9 items.... not wort it anymore. sorry sams you went WAY DOWNHILL.

These used to be excellent. But over the last 6 months, perhaps longer, they always seem to be overcooked, so not as soft and delicious as they used to be. I still find myself tempted to buy a package, and they continue to disappoint. Not awful, but way down from the past.

There were chocolate chunks in the front two cookies. Shouldn't the rest of the cookies in the pack had chocolate chunks too? Making something look like something it's not is called making a lie. I thought I was getting chocolate chunks cookies. Had it on the label and appeared to have chunks, but the ones I couldn't see didn't have chunks. So disappointing, and shameful.
