THESE WERE HARD AS IN NOT FRESH!!!! I did a curbside pickup and these cookies were processed on March 19th best if used by March 24th, today is March 22nd. Why give me product that’s going to expire in two days.

Extra Crunchy Cookies

My first time getting the smaller pack of cookies left me with regret. All the cookies were hard. Even after trying to warm them them remained stiff. I thought they would be soft like the large tray cookies. 😕 It could have been because the day I bought them was 1 day prior to it needing to be ate. Either way, I was disappointed and I'm not sure if or when I will try again.
