These cookies are normally delicious beyond belief. HOWEVER, it seems there’s multiple bakers at the Matthews, NC store - one of which overcooks these cookies (possibly the muffins too) until they’re dry and crunchy- which makes them terrible! You can actually see how light some are (which you know they’re cooked right) vs much darker brown ones (bake dates on overcooked cookies are always different than the non-overcooked ones, so this theory makes sense but could be wrong). Anyways, I get so disappointed when there’s no fresh good ones available because I refuse to buy the dried hockey puck/ overcooked ones now and going to another store is much further away than I’d like. I’ve even called to let someone know, but it still happens!!

I can't get enough of these cookies. No, I mean I can't get enough of them - my wife won't let me have my Sam's Club card any more, because she knows I'll go buy more of these cookies! They are fresh, soft, and full of chunks of delicious chocolate - very tasty.

My first time getting the smaller pack of cookies left me with regret. All the cookies were hard. Even after trying to warm them them remained stiff. I thought they would be soft like the large tray cookies. 😕 It could have been because the day I bought them was 1 day prior to it needing to be ate. Either way, I was disappointed and I'm not sure if or when I will try again.

These are pretty good cookies, especially with tall glass of cold milk. Or at morning with a nice cup of coffee. Have purchased in the past and very well again in the future.

These Chocolate Chip bakery cookies cannot be beat by any other box store, grocery store, or cookie shop! I was lucky and got to savor two before my family wolfed them down! Soooo delicious!

We can't get enough of these delicious chocolate chip cookies. The vanish as soon they are home. We like the softness, the smoothness and the chocolate crumps amount on these cookies. They are a bargain.
