Cookie is very soft and tasty. Not chucky like the other ones you buy.

Bought in the past and always good. This time they were hard and not soft and chewy. Had problem with new packaging last time bought as well.

Careful....these are way too good. Improved receipe indeed, nice and soft & based on the calorie count they have to be using real butter. Yummy

I was disappointed in taste of these cookies. They were soft, which I liked but taste was missing. Too sweet as well. Will not buy again.

As the title states, these are the best chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had. Not too soft and not too crunchy and just the right amount of chocolate chips in it. Beware, if you are on a diet, don’t buy them!!! They’ll be gone before you know it.

I’ve been buying these cookies for years. The past month or more, I’ve noticed that they are not soft anymore. Not as good. The packaging has also changed. Once you open it, one side will not snap closed. I think this the problem. Fix the packaging.
