Great jets, great bargain I just love the air jets, and there are plenty of em. I wouldn’t try to get more than 4 people in it and 2 is best. Easy to operate, digital panel is easy to read. Even the waterfall is fun. Great purchase

Quality build, great value
I love this tub. It sits on a concrete pad with underground wiring and is wrapped by wood decking. Gives it a finished look and provides ease of entry. While a budget spa, its a quality build. My union electrician has installed a number of spas and compared it favorably to much more expensive spas, he was pretty impressed. I like that it has a sealed bottom (plastic bottom that you can readily cut into for wiring). This is a small spa, 300 gallons. They say it seats 5 but you're really talking 3 people to avoid touching. We use it for 2 and its perfect. For four or more people you need to upgrade to 400 gallons. Because of its size, it was easy for 3 men to move it into location. A larger unit would be much more work. The tub looks good and nicely finished. We bought a black one with white interior and black cover. Has metal chrome jets which are adjustable direction wise. This is a one pump tub so the jets are adequate but not strong. The aeration is adjustable and works great. It has an ozonator which really helps with keeping the water clean. We've used it for about a month and its easy to maintain. We did have a factory defect with the filter basket being stuck. That said, service was quick to respond and when a self-help fix did not work, they sent a technician on a 3 hour drive within a week. While not excited about the need for a fix, things happen and the company stepped up and took care of it, so, good support. Shipping wise we received it a couple of weeks early which was appreciated. At this price point you won't find anything close to this quality so it gets my big thumbs up. Would gladly buy it again.

Hotty Tub
I have a family of 5 and this does seat all of us, however it would be a tight fit for 5 adults. The tub is deep which I love! It shipped on its side and 4 of the screws that hold the panel on were bent or broken. My husband and I were able to get it in final resting place, but I would recommend at least 3 people to move this. We were fortunate enough to have the truck driver back his semi up to our trailer and put the hot tub on it so we could back our trailer up to where it was going. The driver did not call and schedule a delivery time he called when he was 20 min out so be prepared for that. It did come 6 weeks earlier than expected so have your place prepared well before hand. It took about 12 hrs for our tub to initially heat up and about 20 min to fill it. It does come with a cover but the straps are plastic and it will blow off. It does not come with stairs. The panel to hook up electric is opposite of control buttons and took about 4 hours to wire up using the directions provided but they were written poorly.

Fit and Finish could be better.
The tub is nice for the money, The side skirts on it are just screwed into the wood frame with wood screws. Hard to get them reinstalled. A little less than.

A lot of bang for the buck
After shopping competitors at the local stores and expos, we just couldn't justify paying $10-15k for a hot tub. If you're like me you will agonize over all the features in a showroom and upsale yourself on things that you really won't remember or notice once you're out of the showroom. We saw this and it fit our pad dimensions and had decent reviews so we ordered it. Delivery estimates were good, for a purchase late January we were told delivery by March 31. It was delivered on March 17, so almost two weeks early. The hot tub and cover arrived on a single narrow rectangular pallet with the hot tub on its side. I had to rent a pallet jack to move it from the front to back of our house. The pallet was difficult to get the jack into the pallet sufficiently to lift it, and it was a few inches too wide to fit through a 36" wide, 8' tall door that leads to the patio. We didn't have piano dollies, so we cut about (10) 3' pieces of pvc pipe to use as rollers and slid the hot tub on those to its final resting place. If you do that, keep a narrow piece of plywood or foam between the hot tub and the rollers. Some of the screws in the side panels stick out at angles and we had a few scrapes on the patio where they hit. The included instructions cover a few models, for this one you'll follow the 240v non-plug-and-play instructions. Wiring directions were simple and easy to follow, the hardest part was installing the breaker and wiring the week before (240v, 50a GFCI breaker). For our run it was 6/3 wire with ground, which is very expensive right now ($700 for 110 ft). The hardest part was drilling a hole in one side for the wiring and getting the access panel back on. Make sure to check all connections inside for tightness while the panel is off, we had a few small leaks. Once connected the hot tub took less than an hour to fill and hit temp of 105 within 12 hours. Overall we are very happy with the hot tub and included cover. The jets aren't the strongest out there, but definitely good enough. Four adults will easily fit, fitting 5 would be tight but possible. The built in drink ice reservoir and tray is a nice touch, the in-pool light has several modes that change colors with different patterns (strobe, slow transition, etc). We loved our first soak in it and look forward to many more. The espresso is a nice dark brown and does not look cheap. The pearlescent inside is nice and subdued, not gaudy. Inside there isn't a lot of insulation, with about 1/2" white styrofoam sheets lining the insides of the panels. The internal lumber supports appear to be untreated. The bottom has a thick plastic sheath that keeps it contained and should keep small animals out. It also makes it easier to slide to the exact position you want. Our maor complaint is the cheap screws used to attach the panels on the side. They easily bend or break, so I plan to replace them all with stainless. The overflow could have a nicer cover on it, but all in all this is a definite winner in terms of bang for the buck. If you're on the fence but don't want to spend $10k, I think you'll be very happy with it.
Thank you for the very detailed review. We appreciate your feedback. We're glad the hot tub arrived early and you like it. Great idea on the pvc pipes to move the spa. Very smart. If there's anything else we can do for you, reach out anytime. Take care!

Xmas present 2021
Spa is ok. Disappointed finding bent screws when took off access panel. The screws were aluminum and cheap. I had to replace screws on panels. The power of the pump is ok. Doesn’t really give a lot of bubbles had to shut off a lot of the jets to make it work

Great SPA IF SCREWS WERENT COMING OUT!
The reason i only gave 3 stars is that when movers unwrapoed it theres were at least 5 screws that were coming out of assembly and they were stripped.
