WOW, I can say this is the best quality tripe I've ever used. I hardly had to clean it, usually there's a lot of fat that I have to cut off but not with this kind. And yes its pricey but a lot less then the Mexican markets. will buy again, i hope they keep in stock year round. I love making menudo.

It is unfortunate the price went up in the last month over a $1 something more per pound but it is still cheaper then the Mexican Markets and the texture and flavor is perfect. The tripe (if making it in menudo) literally melts in your mouth. Not tough or too chewy. Will buy again as long as price doesn't increase over $6 per pound.

I love the thickness of the tripe

Not as good as I expected.

I've always received very fresh meat from the meat section.

Very good and clean for menudo

Fruit is fresh, and the meat at a great price.

This tripe was very fresh and had a lot of tripe in the package

Excellent product. Well cleaned

It's something we used to eat back in the 80s in our home country!!
