It looked fine, Nice size, good color green stripes, no bad spots on the outside, I cut it open was pretty red. The red melon inside was so hard it was liked eating the rind. Never experienced anything like this before. You would choke on it if you tried to swallow it. Glad I did not give it to my grandchildren, # on it was 4032 Mexico.

I had bought one in the store and before I could get out the parking lot saw a mold and soft spot on the watermelon. Called store and they said they’d get me a new one. New one was smaller than the first one but I took it home. Well now I see it’s also spoiled and rotten with knats. It has leaked juice all over my dining room table and one of the chairs not happy at all.

I bought two of these melons. The first one was hard as a rock and very difficult to cut. However, it was sweet and crunchy. The second one was also hard as a rock. Once cut in half, there was a large gaping hole on the inside surrounded by little black specks. I did not feel safe eating this melon so I ended up throwing the whole thing away. Waste of money. Not sure how the harvesters are growing these watermelons but something doesn’t seem right. I won’t be buying again.

I bought this watermelon two weeks ago. this for my first time. Whoever bought a watermelon, they were lucky if they were sweet, the watermelon that I bought had no flavor whatsoever, I literally threw it away because I didn’t wanna make another trip to go get another one at Sams. If I could score this, I would give it a zero score. I’m sorry to say but I love my watermelon and I bought other watermelons for other places. Some of them might’ve not been that sweet, but they were OK to eat, but this one was not, I did throw my receipt away so I think I could’ve gone anyway to Get another one, but I didn’t wanna have to go again. I was really disappointed that it was my first time. That ruin my chances of buying another one

Bought this watermelon a few times, it's never crunchy red and sweet, mostly rubbery, and not sweet, I usually eat some, throw the rest, but today I ended up actually making the trip to Sam's to return it, because I've just had enough of this bad watermelon, when I cut it, it was really white inside, and I was like...that's it! I don't recommend, and will not buy again.

I have purchased two of these from Sam's and they were both terrible. They are suppose to be "seedless" and there are no black seeds, but there were hundreds of little white ones and the watermelon was mushy and had no flavor. I would rather pick out the black seeds.

I purchased a watermellon on Tuesday evening, April 28, 2025. I got it home and cut it to find the most terrible tasting mellon fruit ever. Apparently, the growers used copipus ammount of nitrate fertilizer, in a hot house. The meat of the mellon is wreaking with the taste of fertilizer. I recommemt for others to not purchase one at Sams Club until watwrmelloms are well in season.

I pick out watermelon for 50 years, The last two years a gotten horrible Watermelon 🍉 🚫🤮 from Sam Club the have right Strip color and yellow bottom right smell at stem and perfect thump sound. However, this year and last year the melon 🍈 have Hugh dry out crack inside and fruit does not taste good 😕 😢 The fruit is dry with bad taste. Sam Club need look for better farms in future there is something terrible wrong with there Watermelon 🍉 😑 I thinking more weather issues in region Watermelon grow in because tasted awful two year and 6 melons .

This past Wednesday, August 5, 2020 my wife and i bought a watermelon from Sams of Madison, MS. The watermelon had a sticker on it saying it was from Texas. We cut it on Friday 8/7/2020 and found the WORST watermelon I have ever bought. The melon meat color was a very pale greenish pink. I cut a sample to try and it was awful!!! Clearly this watermelon was harvested before it was ripe. We immediately threw the whole melon in the trash. In the future I will only buy watermelons that are locally grown and from a trusted source.

I bought these 2 days prior to using them. They were kept in a cool area. When I cut into them, they had a bad smell and tasted horrible. The second one, when I cut into it, it started squirting and bubbling and also smelt and tasted bad. Would not recommend this product at all.
