I wish there was an option to give zero star, I would have given 0 star to this watermelon. It is like a wood, probably too late to harvest or excess injection given for thickening the skin for transportation. Anyway, could not eat. So we decided to make a juice and there was more pulp than juice. As it is we never buy fruits from Sam's Club, but watermelon NO NO.

Looked great on the outside but inside was bad. Had large hollow area with dry yellow flesh and the rest was a pale pink. Did some research online and found it’s caused by over use of growth fertilizer to make melon grow faster. The yellow area is full of nitrates. Could not eat so tossed it
