Purchased a watermelon, It was completely rotten.

Sooo sweet and delicious!

The worst tasting watermelon I have ever purchased.

Taste ok but wierd texture. Must be new variety and i do not like it.

Rotten watermelon! We had to throw it away!

Cut up the day we bought it, didn't look great inside.

Looked great on the outside but inside was bad. Had large hollow area with dry yellow flesh and the rest was a pale pink. Did some research online and found it’s caused by over use of growth fertilizer to make melon grow faster. The yellow area is full of nitrates. Could not eat so tossed it
