Summer sweet!

When I brought this melon home, I didn't cut it up right away. It sat on there counter in the kitchen, and when I finally went to cut it, I found that it had a puncture in it (like a needle or something similarly pointy), and the area around it had gotten mushy and gross. Not sure what it was or when it happened, but it didn't happen AFTER I bought it. Kinda scary... We threw it away, and my next time, I will inspect it before I buy.

Very sweet watermelon

Was spoiled. Had to throw away. Purchased and was skeptical when I purchased it as it was winter but they had it in the store and I was in the mood to eat some watermelon. Was very disappointed and paid $9.98 for it to only have to throw it away bc it was not good.

This watermelon really said, “I’m just here so I won’t get fined.” It looked promising—round, heavy, striped with confidence—but one bite in and you realize it’s all talk, no juice. Watery, bland, and sadder than a sunburn on the first beach day. It’s not bad bad... just “please wait until summer” bad. Come back in a couple months when the sun's doing its job and this melon has found its flavor again. Until then, it’s just a big green decoy.

Paid twice the price for a melon that wasn’t ripe and had no flavor. I threw it away. Normally around $5.00. This 1 was $10.00 and was horrible! Don’t mind paying the extraordinary price for a good Mellon but to be charged so much for a bad one is really disappointing! Only gave 1 star because they didn’t have 0 ad an option. I got 0 value for my 10 bucks!
