I bought this and opened it three days later, a fizz was let out and it tasted really bad. I grabbed it and threw it in the trash so my family would not get sick.

The watermelon was no good. The outside skin was soft and mushy. When I cut it open, the rind had brown spots on it and the flesh was a funny color red and it had no taste

All those who don't like watermelon from SAMs just don't know how to pick one. This is the best watermelon I've ever got out of a department store. You have to look for the light spot on the watermelon to find the sweetest ones.

I am in Sam's Club at least once per week purchasing at least two watermelons. So far, they are the best around for this time of year. In order to get the best watermelon, you have to know how to select them.

The quality of the center is consistently poor; I would advise against purchasing it from Sam's. I have personally lost $30 on this product within the last three weeks due to its subpar performance.

Tried 3 different times. Very, very unripe. Just turned red but not ripened. Sour not sweet. Taste like that green part between the rind red through and through. Should be against the law to sell the things. Fool me 3 times, shame on the both of us.
