Watermelon is a staple in the summer for our family usually just for snacking when someone is bored or slightly hungry between meals. The biggest hurdle is taking the time to dice it. Every watermelon we have bought from Sam's is perfect.

Usually I love Sam's watermelons - this one was so unripe it was hard and tasteless. Bummer!! Its a little early in the season so hoping they get better!!

I ordered this online. Picking out your own watermelon is something you have to do for yourself. Lesson learned! It was so bad I had to throw it out.

Just remember the uglier the watermelon, the juicier and sweeter it is. The Yellow on it means it has ripened on the ground longer and the brown lines show how much sugar in it

I usually buy one of these when out shopping. Only comment is they are advertised as seedless, when that is a false statement. They have less seeds rather than no seeds. So you got to pick them out.

I have picked out two watermelons at Sam's, both completely ripe and sweet. They were very large, weighing between 20-25 pounds, so a good value for the price.

I know It's hard to find watermelon this time of year, but it was punky(mushy) inside. I ended up throwing away about ⅔ of it . I wish there was a way to get a refund, or better yet, a good one.

Watermelon was not ripe when I cut into it money wasted. Once was at home didn’t feel like coming back to store with heavy watermelon cut wasting juice everywhere not a happy customer because of what happened.

Product was rotten. Cut it in half and took it to the trash. Three of the products for my fruit salad were unedible. Not happy in that there is no way, besides going in the store, to get money back for rotten and unedible produce.

Tried two. Second one two weeks later. Both were bland tasting. Poor flavor and sweetness. The texture was dense and not the usual juicy wateriness.
