This watermelon was almost $10 and was nasty and gross ☹️ because of the distance that I live from there is the only thing that stopped me from taking it back!

I love watermelons, but these are too ripe and too watery. You need to stop selling them until they are in season. Or find out where Publix buy theirs.

The whole watermelons are such a great bargain! The size and ripeness are hard to beat! These watermelons have been very sweet, delicious this season!

We buy 1-2 watermelons a week from Sams. Always the best and always reliable! We did get a bad one this time and had to throw the whole thing away. But that's a first. Usually they are great!

Tasted like soap. Not much to say about it. Hard to say whether it was the one I bought by bad luck or the entire stock was bad. The blush redness was phenomenal, it’s just the taste that didn’t correspond the redness of the fruit.

prefer the round vs long watermelons and I always look for the darker stripes as well as the one area with the orange looking where it laid on it's side. those are the better watermelons - sweet and tasty

While I normally stay away from watermelon at Sam's, this time I took a chance again and paid for it. The watermelon was bad, hard to cut and flavorless for the most part and bad for the rest. Toss it out.
