I’ve bought the Sam’s Club big bag of Tyson chicken nuggets for 7+ years. Over this last year every bag I’ve bought does the same thing. I cook them in the air fryer and they swell up causing the breading to crack. If you eat them while super hot they are spongy/chewy. If you wait for them to cool off enough to eat they shrink down to a thin rubbery inside. I though maybe it was the air fryer so I tried them in the oven and the same thing happens. I’ve included the oven cooked nuggets in the picture.

Ughhh, I bought these these Tyson Chicken Nuggets becasue they were out of the Member's Mark Southern Style Chicken Bites that I usually get (Excellent). This Tyson product has the texture and taste somewhere between whale blubber and rubbery foam packing material in a coating of fine tasteless sawdust. I tried cooking these several diffident ways to no avail - just disgustingly awful, In addition they have excessive sodium content which I try to avoid. If there is "chicken" in there somewhere it must be in the form of processed fat, cartilage and skin..

I’ve had tyson’s chicken nuggets for years but when I went to the store recently to get some, I realized the nuggets inside had little grey spots on the breading. Thinking that was weird, I diligently picked out ones that didn’t have the grey spots and cooked them. After cooking I opened them up and saw the inside was grey??? and spongy/soggy. I took a small bite (against my better judgement) and there was also nearly 0 taste to them. What is going on??? Severely disappointed

I like many things from Tyson, but their plain bag of chicken nuggets aren't on that list. They cook fast and evenly, but they don't taste the best, the texture of the meat isn't the best, and they can be very chewy. They have other choices of nuggets, like the dino shaped nuggets, that have better tasting meat and breading

Went to the store bottle large bag of chicken nuggets spent quite a bit of money more than the box store and the quality of the nuggets are terrible! They're very mushy taste like their chicken fillers mainly fillers? Needless to say I won't be buying them anymore I used to like Tyson chicken but now they're just mushy nuggets...

If you have kids or merely have a busy life and want an easy dinner. They are antibiotic free and taste the best out of any of the store bought chicken nuggets. It does not have any of the icky fake food taste and are great for a snack or a late night working.

I buy these chicken nuggets for my kids, but my husband 'inhales' them all almost every single time! We love how convenient these are as part of a lazy meal. Kids love them. Hubby loves them. You can't go wrong! PS: Husband said they're the best with maple syrup & Japanese mayonnaise! *Good luck* if you're gonna give that a try!

We have been eating these for several years and the inside was always fairly white. Last few bags the inside meat is grayish brown and just dont taste good. Has the recipe for these changed? Are these dark.meat now and not breast/ rib meat? They are horrible.

Can someone please tell me if this is white meat or not? It seems like all their other products either say white meat, breast meat, breast & rib meat, etc. But this one says nothing. It makes me skeptical, because like other reviews have said, the chicken is GRAY when you bite inside. Gray and an incredibly weird texture. It makes me nauseous to think that this is dark meat chicken I bit into. These are their “standard” chicken nuggets now, aren’t they?? So i don’t understand how they couldn’t be breast meat, since that’s what children mostly eat. They’re so gross. I can’t chew them without gagging. I’m tired of wasting my money on your products anymore because i’m thinking I just got a bag. Well i’ve been thinking that too many times for it to be true at this point. This chicken just sucks now. It used to be the top of the line, on brand, go to. Now i’d rather have any other generic.

Sometimes I buy a bag of these and they look exactly as they are on the package, and they taste great. Exactly the kind of chicken nuggets I know and love. And sometimes, like today, I open up a bag and the nuggets are small, lumpy, off color, and sometimes even shredded, partially unbreaded, and falling apart, looking almost like someone took a bite of them already. Given the fact that sometimes I get a bag that's the same as the normal nuggets I know and love, and sometimes I get a mess, it makes me worry that maybe something is going wrong in the nugget-making process. If they're supposed to look like this now, change the advertising. And if this is some sort of manufacturing defect... fix it.
