Poor Quality

I purchased these in November 2022 for a Christmas present. They worked for about a month and quit. Problems are they will not charge and when they do they do not work. I contacted Lucid and they replied Sam's would have to issue a replacement. I dont want a refund I would like a working pair.

Way too difficult to adjust

Like other reviewers have mentioned, these aids are simply too difficult to adjust. They MUST be in the charging case to make any adjustments. So, if you find they are too loud for your current environment you MUST take them out of your ears, put them in the charging case, pull up the app on your phone, adjust the volume, put them back in your ears. If the adjustment is not to your liking you start the take them out and put them in the charging case drill all over again and again until you get them right. What a crazy design for something costing $800. I am definitely returning these!

Doesn't charge Hard to adjust

The left hearing aid was slow charging from the beginning. After 2 weeks it stopped charging altogether. To use the app, the hearing aids have to be inside the case. So, it is a trial-and-error process. In the ear, back in the case, in the ear, back in the case, etc. The instructions don't explain how to use the 'Lucid Curve" at all so that 'feature' is useless. I returned the Hearing Aids to Sam's hoping to get them replaced with a working pair. Sam's just put the money back on my card, and now Sam's website says these aids are out of stock. So, I basically wasted two months. I originally ordered these for instore pickup but when I got to the store, I was informed those were out of stock. I then ordered these online for delivery. Sam's should stay in their lane and leave hearing aids to someone else.
