My wife got me my first Voyage for Christmas in 2022. Even though it is a higher percentage it was easy on the pallet and smooth going down but it let you know it was there for the journey. It didn't over power your senses, but made you appreciate you had each of them. First a beautiful golden color that feels like it's flirting with your eyes. Second, the smell that let's you know you have a Jefferson's bottle right in front of you, but you can also smell the sweet Salty ocean air that helped create this perfection of a great idea. It doesn't burn your nose but hugs each nostril to pull you in closer to enjoy the voyage it took, as if you were right there with every sniff. Third the taste. My experience is a mini vacation for you mouth. From your first taste and tingle of the tongue with your first sip, to your last sip, it is an experience you want to find out what it does for you. Each sip is different and rememberable. It has a mouth feel that is all there but enjoyable that says, this is the journey we've been waiting for. Every sip is smooth like silk across your body but for your tongue. Forth is the feeling you get with each glass. First your stomach says thank you to the other 3 senses for not taking all day, and is now excited he gets to enjoy the party too. All three senses are now telling your body to do a little groove dance and then you do a "You did a dang good job with this Jefferson's Ocean" nod of approval. Then lastly you hear yourself say......Ahhhhh, that was good!!!!

Bought this just to try and I can say I was not disappointed. For the price and flavor it is one of my favorites and will continue to be a staple bottle in my collection and as an enjoyable drink. I have yet to be disappointed with anything I have had from Jeffersons.

A fine example of premium bourbon. I love the idea of what this whiskey is to deliver. All said though, I would have to say that it’s an overpriced value. The small batch or Reserve are in my opinion a better value. I would recommend buying this bourbon as well as the other Jefferson whiskeys. Good bourbon is always a pleasure.

For the taste you get from this bottle it’s a bargain of a price. I’ve been drinking good bourbon for a few years and this is the only bourbon I can easily drink neat. Smooth and extremely flavorful. I actually bought a case of this because it flys off my bar so quickly.

This bottle was a recommendation and I immediately started sharing it with my neighbors so they, too, could experience the flavors, velvet mouth feel, delicate nose and soft finish of Jefferson’s Ocean. It’s definitely in my top 3! The deep caramel flavor is not too sweet and hits all the right places on your palate for a perfect finish. Excellent bourbon for a “novice” or neat drink.

We had never tried Jefferson before when we saw this it really got are attention. We thought it was a little unusual but thought we would give it a try. We love this bottle and the way it taste, my wife and I find it delicious. We are in the getting more of the aged at sea bottles We purchased a Jefferson reserve the OLD RUM CASK FINISH and that is fantastic. We are a new devoted fan of Jefferson whiskey can't wait for some other new innovative ways to finish whiskey

I'm not a liquor fan, but I got this for my mother since she likes bourbons. I poured some in a shot glass and sipped on it throughout the night. I honestly have to say that it was so good that I plan on buying my own bottle. I didn't realize there were different voyages until I researched this brand online. That's interesting to know. This particular batch was Voyage 23. Great job, Jefferson.

I bought it about Month ago. I was told that this was very good! I research it and all the reviews was telling how great it was. I told my son that I would buy a bottle of for vacation. Well close to the last night we broke the seal! I have to say it's good sippin whiskey. It will catch up to you if you are not careful. Yet for the price I could of enjoyed it Brothers of the same Brand at almost half the cost. So far all three Jefferson Bourbon that I have drank our Great yet, I think think they have have this over priced.

I bought this thinking okay I will try it out . I opened the bottle and the smell of heavenly Bourbon filled my nose. The first sip was an awesome the slight salty hit on the tongue with a tools of Carmel. This is my go to bottle when I just want to sit back and relax. Thanks for making great bourbon.

I've been buying from the Ocean line since the beginning, and even though I was skeptical at first (non-conventional aging etc) I have really enjoyed the series on a very high level ever since. I especially enjoy the releases that have a detectable "whisper of sea air", which really enhances the flavors! I'll continue to buy the ocean series because each release is different but always of a high quality- and always very tasty!
