I absolutely LOVE this inverter generator! We took it out for the first time this weekend & used it with our big 5th wheel camper trailer. Everything ran perfectly. It's lighter and quieter than our other generators and if I'm being honest, my favorite feature is the remote control to turn it on and off! We use our camper 7-8 months out of the year and it's a fight to get any of us to go out in the cold to have to start or shut off the other generators we'd used. I also like the digital display of how much run time is left. I'd recommend this to anyone...it's definitely money well spent!

Bought this because we have had more frequent outages. Wanted a unit with electric start (this has a remote start as well, which is a bonus). Received today, filled oil which was easy to do, filled some gas and connected the battery and fired it up. It started very easily both via electric push button and remote. Very quiet. 2 nice bar handles on top, which can be used to lift, if necessary - I had to lift it out of the box. Very nice, retracting bar handle which telescopes into the base and has a button to release it. The bar handle extends to allow one to lift up on the panel side and easily move the unit on the 2 rear wheels. I also like the fact that this has 3900 running watts. I cannot run my whole house on this unit, but it will get me by with running the essentials and if need be run a radiator heater if needed in winter. Overall for the price, we are very pleased with the unit.

We are very happy with our purchase. It is much quieter than our previous generator. Extra features are remote start and electric start, so much easier than pulling the handle to start, which is no problem for my husband. Has a battery charger included and a pour funnel for the oil, they seem to have thought of all the conveniences to make the operation easy.

This is light enough for one person to pick up, but has a nice handle. The features are nice including the remote start. It runs quietly and smoothly. We haven’t used it long term yet, but are expecting to like this generator. Only gave it a 4 out of 5 because we can’t say from personal experience how this will hold up, but we have read plenty of great reviews and expect the iGen4500 to meet or exceed our expectations.

We recently purchased this generator for camping. So far so good, Even fully loaded to 85% its super quiet. The remote start feature works flawlessly. We would recommend this to anybody looking for a quality generator with all the features. I've seen a few people complain about no oil fill funnel or spark plug wrench, ours came with both items and new oil for the first fill up as well.

I bought the i4500 for using with a travel trailer. I really like the remote start. I can start the invertor in the mornings to brew my coffee without going outside and yanking on a pull rope. I am getting older and convenience is important. The front panel with the electronic readout is a major plus.

I bought the iGen4500 after weeks of research. My priorities were the most power with the lowest noise. When the generator arrived I started per the instructions right away and was blown away by not only the quality but it was more quiet that I was expecting. I can run my 15000 btu Rv air, the refrigerator and microwave all at one time. I’m so glad I went with the 4500 watts. I have access to other 3000 watt generators and this 4500 watts monster is quieter than the EU and Briggs even at 50% load. I’ve already told my closest friends to go buy this generator.

purchase a week ago and was very pleased with the display - fuel - power output - hours and time to refuel remaining. very quiet. I can have a conversation very close by generator, came with battery, battery charger, oil and oil spout, tool kit. easy pull-out handle and rear wheels makes it a breeze to move around when you need to. I highly recommend this invertor/generator you will not be disappointed.

I just got this inverter generator yesterday for an 8-10 month RV trip we plan to take here shortly where we'll be boondocking the majority of the time. I wanted an inverter generator that was known to be a good brand, quiet, and powerful enough to handle our 30-amp travel trailer. This one fit the bill. It's very heavy but I like that it has a built-in telescoping handle to roll it along like a suitcase. I got it earlier than expected and it came fully assembled and ready to go - just connect the battery, add oil (included), and add gas. I haven't fired it up yet but plan to do so and test it out soon. I'm giving it 5 stars for now, but I'll change this once I fire it up if it doesn't meet my expectations.

I bought this last year during a stormy season. I have a large whole house gen but not an auto transfer, so I have to set it up, connect, etc. But when power goes out at 3 am, all you really need is this gen for the bedroom AC and a couple of lights. Everything else can wait till daylight. But here's the thing: Change the spark plug. Can't remember when you did? Change it. You think it was two months ago? Change it. Just change it. Plus see the Youtube video for the auto choke. Mine functions without having to tear into the front panel, but its very common for the connector to come loose. Not a big deal.
