I just received the generator. I was pleased to see the first bottle of oil came with it. Very impressed that it included a special funnel to fill oil and a spark plug wrench. I wondered why there wasn't a 10mm wrench to remove the oil drain plug! Extremely easy starting with the pull cord. I plugged in the travel trailer and ran the AC and refrigerator. It showed between 25 - 50% power load and it ran for 14 hours like advertised. Very quiet. It is a perfect camping generator. The pull handle is genius. However, that makes it very portable. Wonder if they could add a security ring attached to the frame so it can be locked down. Only 4 stars because the gas gauge and all the gas-related information does not work. I was going to review after the warranty was honored but I can't do that until I register for the warranty and I don't get my registration gift if I don't leave a review.

Purchased in July 2021, first use was Aug 31, 2021 and the generator worked very good, was quiet and ran with no problems for 6 hours over 3 days camping. I will only used it for camping a few time a year so time will tell, but first impression, it is a nice unit, performed well and is fairly quite for our needs.

I received my iGen4500 today and it is everything as advertised. A quite unit as what I wanted for using while boondock camping. Runs all appliances including a 15k AC unit, could barely hear unit inside travel trailer even running at 75%. Very Pleased.

I bought as backup for power outage in hurricane and winter seasons. Instructions are very good. Started up on second pull of recoil handle (first was probably filling carbonator with gas). Recoil pull was very easy. Ran great and very quite compared to others I hear in the neighborhood.

My wife purchased the Westinghouse iGen4500 for me as a Christmas gift. I found the manual to be very comprehensive regarding setting up, operating, and maintaining the generator. The engineering and design of the generator are impressive. Access to critical maintenance areas is easy and convenient. The push button electric start and remote start features are game changers. This unit is replacing two Yamaha 1600 watt generators we use for RV camping. Although the wet weight of the iGen4500 is over 100lbs, its roller-board style wheel system makes it easy to move the generator on the ground. With moderate effort, my wife and I together can lift the generator in and out of the bed of my truck. I would recommend this generator for those that need up to 3700 running watts in a single generator.

Just received the package. Well packaged and documented. Smells brand new. Feels and looks in good quality. Yet to be tested when next power outage comes. This thing is heavy but managable. I was able to pull the box out of the machine by myself. With the pull-out handle, moving the machine around is just like pulling a luggage around without much effort. Although it is heavy, the size is smaller than what I expected. I watched on YouTube for a warning that the automatic choke did not work. Later I found out from a Westinghouse bulletin that this issue was caused by a disconnection of a power supply cable during shipping. Hope this will not hanppen on my unit. I will see. One thing that is missing in the instruction manual but I figured out is that you need to push a button on the handle in order to pull the handle out. I hope Westinghouse add this instruction in the future.

The generator came in great condition and a day earlier than scheduled. I thought the remote was missing but it was clipped to the pull start cord. I followed the directions for the initial test run and it fired right up. Easy set up. It was actually quieter than I was expecting for being a 4500. I let the generator run for the break in period and it never wavered. This will be a nice upgrade from our “loud” generator when we go camping and for my music entertainment business when in remote locations. Highly recommend.

I am delighted with my iGen4500. It was such an east start-up out of the box. I read and watched regarding some having trouble with a choke switch. I didn't have to choke it. Started right up. Ran the 5 hours for the break-in period, and no trouble at all. Very pleased with this unit.

Got my iGen5000 a month ago and I've put 15 hours on it so far. Works just as advertised, and I love the key fob start/stop. Only problem is the fuel gauge consistently reads about 40% the actual amount of fuel. Other gauges in the data readout that use the fuel gauge also affected.

It was a few days late on the delivery but not a big deal. Unpackaged the generator and reviewed paperwork, fill will oil, put gas in it and it started almost immediately. Runs quite and its smooth. I'm an old guy so its a little heavy for me but the pull out handle and wheels makes it fairly easy to move around. Love it so far..
