We are big NASCAR fans and it will go with us to all races & all other camping trips that we have to be self contained. One question please...my husband wanted the generator cover & it didn't give me an option for it as a free gift. Can I get it instead of the power strip? Thank you.

We bought this unit as a backup gernerator for our camper but have found it useful for other appliocations. I have used it to build an elevated hunting blind in a remote location and have used it a few times to run an electric fryer at a fish fry next to a lake where there was no power. It's very quiet and efficient. I would reccomend to everyone!

Used various generators throughout the years as a firefighter. This generator seems to be almost as quiet as the 2200 watt red generators which name starts with the letter “H”. After adding oil and gas this generator started immediately with the push of the start button. Starter battery was fully charged straight from the box. Overall this unit appears to be built solid and I expect it will provide many years of reliable service.

I bought this generator for our 30A service travel trailer. I wanted something quiet when we are boondocking. It is very quiet, especially when using the eco mode. It idles at a quiet purr. I really like the remote start which makes it very convenient to start/stop while still in the camper. I get approximately 15 hours of runtime with AC and other appliances running on and off. This generator will provide clean power for electronics in you motorhome or house. I purchased it because it can run many things in my house during a power outage . One thing that is a must is clean power provided by an inverter generator like this. In a house ( or motorhome ) built in the last 30 years they have electronics built into the furnace and hot water heaters. So if you don't want to blow them out you need an inverter type generator like this. This will also let you charge a phone, computer, camera or other electronic items. We purchased this generator a week prior to an unprecedented snow/ice storm in our state. We were without power for about seven hours and we found this generator was exactly what we needed. It is powerful enough to run what we needed and the added bonus was the quietness of it. So far I'm very proud of my purchase.

Bought this to have a backup power source for Freezers and electronics when the power goes down. Have not had a chance to test it yet, but did fire it up, that was easy and it was pretty quiet. I like the Luggage type pull handle to move it , makes it easier on us weaklings.

Bought this less than a year ago and used maybe 4 times after following the break-in instructions then just quit and wouldn't start. Customer Service believes the "TCI" needs replaced and is sending it to me. We'll see how that goes but so far I'm happy with the service.

Just received it a few days ago, it took a while to get it going, would start and shut down, every time I restarted it, it would run longer and longer. After 4-5 restart it runs continuously. Very quiet!!! and very easy to move around. Love the remote start!!

Just purchased my second IGen4500 after how good the first has done. Unboxed the first one and immediately took it hunting to run my trailer. Fired up great and ran in 15-20 degree weather with no problems all week. Fuel consumption is awesome with eco setting. Generator is very quiet and even when it is 3 am. Can’t wait to parallel these.
