Took generator out on its first trip last weekend to Coral Pink Sand Dunes. It was extremely windy & sand was everywhere: on the ground, in the air, in my camper, etc. The generator did well for being constantly bashed with sand. Love the start button, so nice. I know the manual informed me about the high altitude kit, but I had fouled a plug before seeing it haha. The manual also warns to not overfill the gen w/ oil, but it didn't warn me that the kit gave too much oil...so I overfilled it...oops. Anyways, love the convenient features: start button, quiet, wheels. Cons: big & heavy, but I'm barley able to lift it into my truck bed. The suitcase style handle & wheels help handle the weight.

Bought this inverter generator for my 30 amp TT and oh man let me tell you I was surprised. First off after unboxing it and got it ready with oul and gas it started right up with the remote start, push start and pull start. Then after it was running I plugged my TT into it and went inside started turning everything on that would possibly run on shore power. As I was sitting inside my TT I couldn't even hear it running compared to my other generator. So now when I go dry camping I dont have to listen to my loud generator. Very pleased with my purchase of the product and a great investment.

Needed a quiet and dependable generator to power an RV and other household appliances. This is above and beyond. Super quiet and starts with the push of a button on the first try. No issues and no stalls. Out performs the Honda that is twice the price. Easy to use and easier to move and transport.

I bought this generator last month. I love it so far! It runs my camper, one air conditioner 13500 BTU with no issues. I like all the readouts it has. Compact and easy to move at just over a hundred pounds with gas. I did have to take the case off and reattach a connector the came loose in shipping that controls the cold start/choke. Break in requires two oil changes I would recommend doing. I went with synthetic oil. 10w 30.

I bought it and by the time it got here, a hurricane had already hit our area. The inverter powered up the fridge, a freezer, a small electric stove, the WiFi, a computer, a couple of fans and a few small electronics and only about 25% output capacity was achieved. With the energy efficiency feature, a full tank last about 18 hours. Simple to manage. Highly recommended!

I researched heavily before purchasing, and I believe this generator is the best option for RV owners who want to be able to run their AC and still have power left to run other items in their trailer. It's quiet, has great power output, long runtime without using much fuel. The remote start is awesome, I plan to use it so I can have power without getting out of my camper.

I purchased the generator online and it arrived today. I had some trouble with getting it running correctly but it finally started idling smoothly. I added the full container of oil it came with just like it said, put about a gallon of fuel in it and started it up. Initially it smoked pretty bad and ran rough. I turned it off and back on a few times and let it run for about 30 minutes. My guess is that it had a small amount of gas left in it for awhile from when it was tested at the manufacturer and it was just a small amount bad gas in the system. Hopefully it continues to run smoothly.

Have had several generators or various makes, tried Westinghouse due to being "American company" worst generator I have used to date, poor quality, terrible design, worst handle ever made. Carb. has stuck needle valve, fuel shut off already defective. Oil changes very difficult and poorly thought out for user. Will say remote start is handy but why have display light activated as it can run battery down, if i need to turn on switch to enable remote why not just push start button on front of unit instead, silly in design.

I purchaced this unit a month ago and I am so glad I did. Thankfully our weather has not knocked out our power yet but at least I have piece of mind that we are prepaired for when the time comes. Compared to my older open unit this unit is very quite and can handle our esentials when needed.

I purchased this generator to provide power for a used Class C RV that had a non-working onboard generator. 4500 watts was plenty to run the air conditioning and the rest of the coach and it's super-quiet. Mounted on a rack on front of the coach, you can barely hear it inside.
