Just went through an ice storm with the other igen4500 we purchased.  decided we needed another one for the barn

Easy to use

I was surprised as to how easy it is to start and the weight of it. Great for camping as I am Single camper and do a lot of Boondocking by myself.

Followed all directions and it started right up on the first try. I did use non ethanol fuel. Cant wait to use it when we go camping.

Just got it. Just what I needed. Enough power for emergency backup for the house. And for camping. And it has a very low noise level.

Best buy for the money

I bought this a month ago for doing a lot of primitive camping. Very quiet and runs everything I need on my Travel Trailer.

The generator is exactly what I needed for my RV. The only thing is it's heavy which I already knew though.

Great generator

The unit failed at 4 hours of run-time, it went into overload mode and shut down completely, with no status screen function. The specs looked great, and initial use seemed to work well, but upon actual use, it was a big disappointment. The customer service was very helpful, and it was quite a pain to drain all the fluids so I could return it to the store.

4 Hours as generator, then it became a brick

This generator is fantastic. Fairly light and maneuverable for what it is. VERY quiet, even under full load. Decently fuel efficient too. And remote start! My only complaints are that the 2 access covers come off pretty easy, and that I had to correct the one big known factory flaw- the automatic choke was not plugged in from the factory. It's an easy fix, but takes a few minutes to remove the side access panels to get to it. After that, it ran perfect!
