I am extremely satisfied with this generator. The ease of starting it down to the power are all amazing

So simple

Good unit once we got it started.  Had to take apart the carb, had rust in carb bowl amd it plugged the main jet. Runs fine now.

Love how quiet it is.

This has been a perfect generator to power my travel trailer when ship to shore power is not available.

Perfect RV Generator

E-mail to assemble. Plug ed the 30amp plug into my 5th wheel and powered everything up. Nice and quiet.

Having difficulty getting it to start. At this time I would not recommend it. Troubleshooting again.

Exactly what was advertised.  Great shipping/packaging of the generator.  Easy out of the box set-up.  Superior quality!  Great Product

The unit failed at 4 hours of run-time, it went into overload mode and shut down completely, with no status screen function. The specs looked great, and initial use seemed to work well, but upon actual use, it was a big disappointment. The customer service was very helpful, and it was quite a pain to drain all the fluids so I could return it to the store.

4 Hours as generator, then it became a brick

This generator is fantastic. Fairly light and maneuverable for what it is. VERY quiet, even under full load. Decently fuel efficient too. And remote start! My only complaints are that the 2 access covers come off pretty easy, and that I had to correct the one big known factory flaw- the automatic choke was not plugged in from the factory. It's an easy fix, but takes a few minutes to remove the side access panels to get to it. After that, it ran perfect!
