I bought this to use with an RV.  Works as advertised. Would like to see the handle be relocated to the top of the unit if for easier access.

Quite and Quick Startup

Received the generator 1 day earlier. We are very please with the receiving condition, tested everything on arrival and all seem okay.

Received the product with good conditions.

Its perfect. Quieter than a lawn mower.  Love it.  Handle is great.  Looks compact and clean.  You can store in trailer. Super manageable

Exactly as I wanted

Quiet and works outstanding!

Bought this for power shut offs due to fires now it’s raining so haven’t had to use it much but I like the ease of it & it’s nice & quiet

Easy to use

So far I have just tested out all the features, I love the push button and remote start features.
VERY quiet.

Simple to use.

Bought a smaller generator for a popup camper but it could not power the air and electric appliances  This does the job and very quiet.

Superb Quality

The unit failed at 4 hours of run-time, it went into overload mode and shut down completely, with no status screen function. The specs looked great, and initial use seemed to work well, but upon actual use, it was a big disappointment. The customer service was very helpful, and it was quite a pain to drain all the fluids so I could return it to the store.

4 Hours as generator, then it became a brick

The generator has wheels and a collapsible handle which makes it portable. It comes with the oil needed (0.6 liter) and a small tool kit and a battery charger. The power outlets are 120 volt 20 amp and a 120 volt 30 amp for an RV. The remote start is nice, and it can be stared by pushbutton on the control panel, also has a pull rope for manual starting.  The oil fill/ drain, air filter, and spark plug are all accessed by lift off covers on the sides. This generator is very quiet, even at 50percent load.
