Perfect for our needs

I was looking for a generator that I could rely on when needed with ease of use. I've had no issues and it starts up with no problem.

I literally started generator made a call on speakerphone and had a conversation just to brag about how quiet it is

Got to use the generator this weekend total PGE shutdown Fri.eve,Sat, Sun to Monday,( if we are lucky if winds die down here in Northern Calif.)

Easy to use and with wheels to move if needed to.

put in the oil, filled it with gas connected the battery and first punch on the remote starting button fired right up

The unit failed at 4 hours of run-time, it went into overload mode and shut down completely, with no status screen function. The specs looked great, and initial use seemed to work well, but upon actual use, it was a big disappointment. The customer service was very helpful, and it was quite a pain to drain all the fluids so I could return it to the store.

4 Hours as generator, then it became a brick

This generator is fantastic. Fairly light and maneuverable for what it is. VERY quiet, even under full load. Decently fuel efficient too. And remote start! My only complaints are that the 2 access covers come off pretty easy, and that I had to correct the one big known factory flaw- the automatic choke was not plugged in from the factory. It's an easy fix, but takes a few minutes to remove the side access panels to get to it. After that, it ran perfect!
