Bought this about a month ago.  Just set it up.  It was an easy setup.  the generator started quickly and is quiet.

After I got the choke to work and re-jetted the carbonator for high altitude, this generator runs like a champ.  Good purchase.

Just received it. Packaged well, product is as represented on the site. I have not tried it yet but it looks like it'll do just fine.

Perfect Generator!

Excited to put this to use when the power is out or while camping with our travel trailer. The remote start is a great addition.

Feature packed

This is a replacement, because the 1st one we bought[same model] arrived not working correctly. I would order again, very quiet when running.

Seems pretty good, but haven't given it a workout yet.  It's not as quiet as i expected, but way better than a standard generator.

my first generator purchased. very happy with product. its quiet and quite simple to operate during our Calif power outages.

We have this as a backup source for our sons medical equipment.  Very quiet and we can also run our travel trailer from this unit.

Emergency Backup

The unit failed at 4 hours of run-time, it went into overload mode and shut down completely, with no status screen function. The specs looked great, and initial use seemed to work well, but upon actual use, it was a big disappointment. The customer service was very helpful, and it was quite a pain to drain all the fluids so I could return it to the store.

4 Hours as generator, then it became a brick

The generator has wheels and a collapsible handle which makes it portable. It comes with the oil needed (0.6 liter) and a small tool kit and a battery charger. The power outlets are 120 volt 20 amp and a 120 volt 30 amp for an RV. The remote start is nice, and it can be stared by pushbutton on the control panel, also has a pull rope for manual starting.  The oil fill/ drain, air filter, and spark plug are all accessed by lift off covers on the sides. This generator is very quiet, even at 50percent load.
