I bought this to run my refrigerator during a power outage. It started right up and seems to be well designed.   Very quiet.

1st generator I have ever purchased. Set up was easy an performs as advertised. The remote start makes starting a breeze.

Quality is fantastic. 20k heater and 15k ac on my IBEX travel trailer. Easy to move with the Handel like a cooler filled with liquid fun...

Remote start!! Plenty of power

Starts every time! So quiet and love the remote start. The pull handle is an added bonus because, as a small woman, I can do it myself!

Bought this for hurricane season in Texas. Adjusts wattage for only what you are running which is better than conventional generations.

Quiet generator, like the eco mode. Comes with remote start that works wonderfully. Has no issues so far.

we bought it for our RV, loved it as soon as it arrived.  Not too heavy, with wheels and pulling bar, with USB port. .......Love it!

This started up on the first push of the button. The sound is much quieter then I would have thought and will be great for camping

The auto startup is the only way

The unit failed at 4 hours of run-time, it went into overload mode and shut down completely, with no status screen function. The specs looked great, and initial use seemed to work well, but upon actual use, it was a big disappointment. The customer service was very helpful, and it was quite a pain to drain all the fluids so I could return it to the store.

4 Hours as generator, then it became a brick

This generator is fantastic. Fairly light and maneuverable for what it is. VERY quiet, even under full load. Decently fuel efficient too. And remote start! My only complaints are that the 2 access covers come off pretty easy, and that I had to correct the one big known factory flaw- the automatic choke was not plugged in from the factory. It's an easy fix, but takes a few minutes to remove the side access panels to get to it. After that, it ran perfect!
