Not running right

Just bought this unit and put it to the test with no issues. Started right up the first time. Would be nice to get a free cover!!!!

Runs Great!!

I love my 4500 generator.  Add gas and oil and your ready to go. Very quiet and the remote start is amazing. Can't wait to hit the road

Bought this for my 28’ travel trailer. Powers A/C and needed accessories with no problem. Great for boondocking and emergency backup at home.

I did alot of research  on  this inverter / generator is the best bang for the Dollar! started first pull and really quite as well.

Worked great at first

I bought the iGen 4500 and after fixing the coke issue that many have it has been great. Very quiet. remote works great

Great Value

The unit failed at 4 hours of run-time, it went into overload mode and shut down completely, with no status screen function. The specs looked great, and initial use seemed to work well, but upon actual use, it was a big disappointment. The customer service was very helpful, and it was quite a pain to drain all the fluids so I could return it to the store.

4 Hours as generator, then it became a brick

This generator is fantastic. Fairly light and maneuverable for what it is. VERY quiet, even under full load. Decently fuel efficient too. And remote start! My only complaints are that the 2 access covers come off pretty easy, and that I had to correct the one big known factory flaw- the automatic choke was not plugged in from the factory. It's an easy fix, but takes a few minutes to remove the side access panels to get to it. After that, it ran perfect!
