Still going through the break in. The generator seems  well made and is very quiet for its size. So far has lived uo to my expectations.

Have only had the generator for a few days but so far it's running great.  The remote start is fantastic.

Dependable and quiet. Easy to start. Hope to use it for many years. We bought the Wh2200iXLT model but could not find it on your drop down list.

Perfect for our needs

Generator was easy to unpack and just add oil and gas. Very quiet with small loads. A little louder fully loaded but not terrible.

No Issues

I recently purchased this IGEN 4500 and compared to the closest competitor this beats all others hands down.

Awesome Generator

Bought this for our 32’ camper.  It is quiet and started right up, including the remote.  It powers the camper AC and have had no issues to date

We just got our generator and we love it.  It’s very quiet and runs the air conditioner, microwave and lights in our camper.   We love it.

It very quiet!

So far very happy. It is actually an IGen5000. I have two IGens and three Wgens. Had a glitch with one and it was handled. So far so good.

This is my 2nd Igen, my 3rd WGen

The unit failed at 4 hours of run-time, it went into overload mode and shut down completely, with no status screen function. The specs looked great, and initial use seemed to work well, but upon actual use, it was a big disappointment. The customer service was very helpful, and it was quite a pain to drain all the fluids so I could return it to the store.

4 Hours as generator, then it became a brick

This generator is fantastic. Fairly light and maneuverable for what it is. VERY quiet, even under full load. Decently fuel efficient too. And remote start! My only complaints are that the 2 access covers come off pretty easy, and that I had to correct the one big known factory flaw- the automatic choke was not plugged in from the factory. It's an easy fix, but takes a few minutes to remove the side access panels to get to it. After that, it ran perfect!
