Unit came well packaged. Set up was a breeze. Added some of the included oil, added some gas, connected the battery, and pressed the on button. Started right up. Time will tell how well it works, but we are happy with our first impressions.

We have a Honda Handi 3000 and this as quiet as it. Lots cheaper to buy. Honda $2000 this one $949. This one also has electric and remote start. Honda does not.

The choke problems publicized online have been fixed. My unit arrived with no issues and the oil change drip pan has a drain plug in it now! Great product.

I can plug my RV right into the TT-30 outlet and it'll power everything, including the 15K BTU A/C! It's quiet enough not to be too much of a disturbance at the campground (or wherever).

I bought this about 2 months ago. This thing plays with my electrical in my rv. Love the eco feature and the remote, would hate to have a generator without one.

I bought this a couple months ago and have used it at least 5 times now. So far it has been running perfectly...no problems. It is quieter than my old generator as well.

Just received it. Runs quiet. like the remote start. Other than getting the wrong owner's manual in the box, and the inverter being a little heavy, seems good.

I bought this generator on the many reviews I read on it. I normally don't write reviews but in this case I had to because this is a quality product for an RV or backup power. I highly recommend this generator if you can find one!

i just got this yesterday , i have 2 friends with the same igen4500, so i expect great use of this !! wanted portable instead of built in in our RV.... will use for other jobs also !! great looking unit !!! liked the price over cummins
