I just got it today and by far the quietest generator I have ever owned got it out of package followed the easy steps for adding oil and it fired right up . VERY PLEASED!!!!!!

I received this product in November 2024 and it fired right up out of the box after putting oil and gas in. Very quiet and when switched to Eco mode it is quieter! Very nice and can't wait to power the RV!

i just got this yesterday , i have 2 friends with the same igen4500, so i expect great use of this !! wanted portable instead of built in in our RV.... will use for other jobs also !! great looking unit !!! liked the price over cummins

I ordered this generator after a 6 day camping trip in small RVs and I was the only one without a nice generator. Several of my friends recommended this unit. Mine was old and loud and now I have a very nice light quiet one.

I did much research on the beat generator for RV camping and this one always came out on top. Very reliable generator that should provide years of power.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and have used it enough to get familiar with it before we go on our first big camping trip. The features work as described. Would have given it 5 stars but we haven’t really used it in the “field.”

We love our generator. Works great and super quiet. If you operate at Ali to tide you need the jet kit. Poor customer service though if you have problems or need anything.

We bought this thinking it would be noisy and it is no louder than our little 2000. We are in love with all the features and it will run the A/C in our RV

Very quiet when running...Easy to follow instructions...Started right up both manually and with remote...While I purchased it for power outages, I use it frequently in the yard trimming bushes...Seems to be an excellent product.
