Aside from a couple of small issues upon opening the shipping carton the genset operated flawlessly. Enough power for our 5th wheel trailer and the noise suppression works well.

I bought this generator on the many reviews I read on it. I normally don't write reviews but in this case I had to because this is a quality product for an RV or backup power. I highly recommend this generator if you can find one!

I'm excited to use this generator for the first time. It started right up after I put the oil in it. The manual was very easy to understand and it seems to come with all of the tools I will need for ongoing maintenance.

I bought the iGen4500 before our camping trip. Worked great. Ran the AC and Microwave. I'm sure my neighbors like the fact that the generator was nice and quiet.

I love the wattage, the USB, the outlet covers. It also comes with oil and necessary tools. Everything is included but the fuel. Im glad I made the purchase

I did a lot of research before I decided on the iGen4500. This is a great inverter which has many uses. I've used it for my camper and was completely satisfied with the power and how silent it is. I would highly recommend!

Got it; Opened the box; Followed start-up procedure; Started; Runs great. Love the variability of power use for fluctuating loads, saving fuel. Below, the form asks, "Would you recommend..." That's why we bought one.

Just got this inv/gen today. Started right up. Ran for about an hour under light load. Works like a champ and pretty quiet. We bought it for emergency/ camper use. I will give another review later after I use this a few times.

Bought to power up a living quarters race car trailer. Took no time to put in service and is quiet enough that my fellow racers will not be asking me to turn it off and hook up to them for power.

Followed directions to fill oil, gas, connect battery, etc. Product will not start, although it tries. Finally battery ran down. Now in the process of charging it and waiting for Westinghouse Customer Support to call back.
