Received in pristine condition. Followed start up instructions and generator started immediately. Can't wait to use in boondock camping with our 5th wheel. Highly recommend.

The unit started right up. I ran it for about two hours then it shut off. Now it will not start. I called customer service. Waiting for a response.

I use mine with my RV and many campgrounds require that your generator is under 60 decibels , The IGen 4500 is quieter than my Honda . It also fits in the back of my truck under my roll top cover of my Ram pickup. Powers everything in my RV

We purchased this primarily for camping and it has everything we were expecting and more. It's pretty quiet compared to many others on the market, and the remote starter is the cherry on top!

Many reviewers mention automatic choke issues. Mine had the same, except instead of a bad or shorted plug, mine was not connected at all. Quick fix once I noticed it.

We really do like this GEN4500 We bought in 2019 . WELL worth the money . We wish we could afford a smaller Westinghouse to put in our van., But maybe later since we are on social security. BUT again happy we have this one. Joe

This iGen4500 is one of the best generators we purchase for our Raceing Team, run smoothly have all the features needed and love it. Best one we purchased compared to the other competitors. Thanks

Just received, unpacked and run 1 hour for testing for future use. No problems so far and expect it will be available for backup at home and dry camping in out RV.

Just purchased and was very pleased with the setup and ease of operation. Digital data center is a great addition and takes the guess work out of operation.

Just what I was looking for. Started on first try and much quieter than other generators I've used. Haven't put it under heavy load yet but looking forward to seeing how it handles the ac on my camper.
