It took less than 20 minutes from opening the box to running my RV on the 30amp plug. It is so much quieter than the older (smaller) unit I replaced, and the larger fuel tank keeps my AC running all night long.

Received yesterday. Put in oil, gas, hooked up battery. Started up immediately. Runs great. Plugged in RV. 15,000 ac started fine. Generator runs smooth and quieter than I thought it would

We bought this to power our travel trailer when dry camping. Works great. Extremely quiet. Great features such as push button start and remote control start and stop. Very happy with it.

I just bought this on August 14th 2024 have I got a chance to use it yet but her good things about it watch some videos how to work it every video I seen everybody seems to like it so hope when I need it it works real well thank you

I just received my generator and I am eager to test it, especially for the noise level. I'm disappointed that the LED screen came with a scratch. The internal box with the tolls came in with a hole as if this was a used item. Bizarre!

Bought the former IGen4500, but it quit working. Attempted warranty fix or replace took over a month, but they finally replaced with a new IGen. So far so good.

Great startup worked perfectly. Fired right up out of the box. No issues with it running properly. Startup procedures were well spelled out. The box contained everything that was needed.

This generator has everything I was looking for. Runs very quiet and starts so easy. Enough power to take care of all our necessary appliances during a hurricane.

I have had this unit for 2 years and it has performed fantastically. As with all gasoline products, run them out of fuel when not in use and use a fuel conditioner. Run Ethanol free fuel whenever possible.
