Found the problem inside a little wiring harness plug was not plug in must have rattled loose read a review about zip tie it and glue top of it to secure it fixed mine running great now.

I have not had to put a big load on it yet but it was easy to setup. Make sure you put enough oil in and start on a flat surface. I tried to start it in my driveway which is sort of sloped and it cut off.

We're using this generator for our mobile small business and it has been perfect. It's easy to transport, set up and get going. We are very happy with this purchase.

Run 1/2 hr at 7000 feet. As expected. Would have rated 5 star, but Westinghouse requires serial number for review with no idea of how to find it. Their web site for submitting is also very frustrating.

Great piece of equipment in preparation for hurricane season. Very flexible and can be used in different scenarios. Great features and easy to set up and operate. Easy to move with the handle and wheels. great buy for the price.

I bought this mainly as a backup for a larger generator and to use when camping. This is so much easier to use for quick 10-15 minute jobs. Very quiet. Starts and runs great. Wish I had bought sooner.

Easy setup: Connected battery, Added oil, gas, used the cord at first - I didn't even pull hard and didn't expect it to start, but this really wanted to run. Still have to use on a trip but so far so good.

Followed unpacking and start up procedures, everything worked as advertised. Unit started with no problem and noise lever is lot lower than my lawnmower.

This is a blessing for me. I have been without electricity a week after Hurricane Beryl. This generator will keep me comfortable at night being able to use a fan to keep cool and the food in my fridge from spoiling.
