I shopped extensively for a quiet , economical inverter that would "powerful enough" to provide essential power to the residence. Impressed with the Westinghouse iGEN series and invested in a iGEN4500

I just bought this, have not set it up yet, but ave done lots of research. Can't wait to try it out. I do wish it was more descriptive on the grounding requirements. Just says to check local requirements.

I bought this Igen4500 inverter about 2 weeks ago and mostly use it for powering my camper. Very quiet and it runs for much longer than my last one. Definitely reccomend!!

Would not start. Automatic choke not working. Watched a video from 2018 showing how to fix it. Not enough time to find a Westinghouse repair shop so I fixed it myself. 2018! Once you get it running it is fantastic.

I purchased this in September. I used it in the hurricane here in Florida. No problem, phone quiet then I let my friends borrow it. Four towns over very good. They are going to purchase a western house frame 12 5K.

I bought this 4 days ago for the upcoming camping season and have put 5 minutes on it without issue. Easy set up, about 5 minutes and it's up and running, comes with everything needed to it get going! Started right up out of the box in cold weather!

Just purchased. Put the oil in. Filled up with gas plugged in the battery flipped to on and it started righ up in first pull. A lot quieter than I expected

Unboxed, added oil, connected battery and fired first pull. Ran flawlessly for the first time running a window ac and other various items. Remote and electric start are awesome.

Used this on our last camping trip and it worked flawless. Super quiet and a lot lighter than ours previous generator. Very convenient to have remote start. Fuel consumption was a lot better than I expected. So far so good!

Bought this to replace an aging Champion and it's never given me a problem. Always starts with the remote start within a few seconds of cranking even in sub-zero temps! Hope it lasts a long time!
