After purchasing the iGen4500, I started it right up with one try. The controls are easy to use and the pull handle makes it easy to move from one area to another. It is quiet considering its size. Great value and great product.

It’s a great size , only thing i don’t seem to like is it won’t start in the cold weather, unless you take it apart and do the choke yourself. Its not easy access to the choke start.

We purchased this recently, now we don’t have to worry about our incubators, hatchers or being able to have hot food ourselves. We are extremely pleased with the electric start, easy read out, and the peace of mind it provides.

I bought this to power both my RV and off the grid cabin at separate times. This generator is very quiet, especially in eco mode. It can hardly be heard over the wind.

Factory assembly gorillas overtightened screw and cracked engine service panel. Packaging was pristine, so it didn't happen in shipping. Haven't done anything but start it. Starts easy, runs quiet. Only reviewing now for free cover.

Still in my break in period but seems like a high quality generator. I've used quite a few different brands and this one seems to be starting off the best. Remote and electric start functions are great as well

very easy to make it operational right out of the box. after adding the oil, sync the fob add gas and it started right up. very quiet and had no problem powering my RV even with the AC running.

Ran for 15 minutes fine. Next time I went to fire it up and it won't run, just turns over and over. Contacted customer support almost three weeks ago and have yet to have a response.

I purchased this in September. I used it in the hurricane here in Florida. No problem, phone quiet then I let my friends borrow it. Four towns over very good. They are going to purchase a western house frame 12 5K.

Just bought my iGen 4500, So far it works very well it is very quiet you can conduct a conversation standing arm’s-length away from the unit very happy with the unit so far
