My wife and I recently purchased our first travel trailer (Wolf Pup Black Label) and we intend to camp sometimes in areas where there are no electrical hook-ups. I did a lot of research into RV generators prior to purchasing the Westinghouse iGEN5000. With 5000 watts of start-up power and 3900 watts continuous, this generator has ample power output to meet our needs - even with an output derating for higher elevations. It was easy to set up and is easy to operate. It is also relatively quiet. We are fully satisfied and would recommend this unit to others who have fairly light power requirements.

I purchased this generator to power my boat while away from dock. It is very quiet and runs two A/C units, microwave, TVs, and all power outlets with no problems. The remote control function is very nice to start the unit up with out having to go to unit. I highly recommend this generator!

I purchased this generator to power a travel trailer and also for home backup, the portability, electric start, surge watts (4500) and low noise level are all key points for the decision to purchase this generator. The digital display and long run time are great additional features.

This generator has worked perfectly since day 1. After opening the shipping, I followed the directions, added the supplied oil, added the gas, and it started running without any problems. The generator is used to power my 5th wheel trailer. Between all my trips, the last one was to Tucson,AZ, 2,200 R.T. There has not been any problems with the unit. Since It no longer necessary to stop at a RV campground for power, the generator has almost paid for itself. Will highly recommend the unit

I looked at several inverter generators before buying the iGen 4500. It's the quietest available with 4500/3700 Watts starting/running power. I primarily bought it to keep my fridge/freezer running during power outages, which seem to be happening more often where I live. Since I live in the city (suburbs) I didn't want to disturb the neighbors, particularly those that don't have power of their own. It's very easy to move about with the pull out handle and wheels. I'm still in the break-in and test phase, but if it keeps operating as well as it has been, I'm probably going to pick up another for my daughter.

Great Product this is my second one, although the first one the radiator screws rattled off and the radiator completely broke off but I have other small engine generated products and they all pretty much do the same thing with that style radiator other than that it works really well I would suggest other color options to match the brand of the business but other than that it works fine I highly recommend especially for the cost

I really like this generator. It’s quiet and it uses very little gas considering the output. It’s really a 5 star generator except they didn’t plug it the choke cable. Took me over an hour and removing about 30 screws and bolts to get to it and plug it in. There’s a YouTube video. Great generator once that’s done.

Excellent inverter for the price. Runs smooth and quiet for it’s size. Recommend this inverter for RVing and emergency power. The only negative is the common problem with the choke wire coming disconnected during delivery - Westinghouse has very smart guys that should correct this all too common issue. Had to YouTube to find the cause and simple fix (reattach the wire).

I bought this after hurricane Helene and was just able to unbox and use it yesterday. it's a great little unit. Easy to put together and get going. the remote fob works really well. It works well with my sisters Travel Trailer. and is really quiet! Well done on the design.

I bought this generator after reading many reviews. I did not know what an inverter generator was and did not understand (or believe) how a small generator could produce so much power, be so much smaller in size and weight, be so fuel efficient and be so quite. This generator is also very easy to operate. Simply turn on the power switch, switch on the fuel and hit the start button, its that easy. We just returned from a four day trip to attend a NASCAR race and ran the generator 24 hours a day with the Air Conditioner cranked down low, only shutting it down to add fuel every 12 hours. That is an incredible run time for a generator with a 3.4 gallon fuel tank. I highly recommend this generator. You will be impressed and pleased.
