The two screw holes (1 on each side nearest to back) that hold the bracket for the lid did not aligned. Had to drill out below the surface to get the nut on the screw. Other two screws ( 1 on each side) where fine.

This is the second identical storage deck box we have purchased. We have had the 1st one for years and it is still like new. It is very sturdy and extremely roomy.

We are so excited to have our new storage box on our deck. We followed the instructions in the handbook and watched the video. We did it without too much trouble! Thanks for the help and the great product!

Went to put it together and pieces were wrong. Called and Zac was wonderful. After I sent him pictures, he sent parts right out. Waiting for them now.

We are very happy with this product -- we were looking for something long enough to store bench pads and this did it. It was very easy to assemble and looks good, very sturdy.

Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friendShopped all competition - this unit FAR superior. Made in USA is also keeping our tax dollars at home and Americans employed.

This storage biox was at least 5 years old and one of the hinghes rusted out. Called customer service to see if I could purchase the part and they told me the part would be shipped free of charge.

Great storage great quality easy to assemble. Able to store all my pool and boat stuff. Nice looking have it on the pool deck. Can also be used to sit upon.

This outdoor storage box is the best one that I have ever seen. It keeps all the stuff inside dry, which is extremely important. It is easy to move to different areas and is easy to clean.
