Simple build for the most part, but much easier with a second person. You may have to re-thread some of the holes if they weren't punch out cleanly. We made the mistake of laying the top lid on our patio floor that was sandy and now its pretty scratched up with small superficial lines. If that matters to you, make sure you lay it on some clean cardboard. Otherwise its exactly what we needed to store our cushions for the patio furniture. They've stayed clean, dry, and mold free so far.

Looks and feels very solid. Lid assembly modestly tough: need all tools shown in manual. All screws, bolts, lid holders/hinges present and accounted for. Adding some back wall potential punchouts for hoses/other would make it perfect. SGE

I love the 130 gal. Deck Box. However the same two hinges were sent to me. In the diagram and video the two hinges and placed together with the bottom hinge being flush with the lower box. And vice versa fr the other side. No matter how I turned the hinges they were identical.

One would be very hard to please if NOT satisfied with this well made, sturdy storage box. It is everything and more as stated in other reviews by satisfied purchasers. It holds ALL our cushions, garden hoses, mosquito pots with room for more things. Oh, did I mention that it's waterproof??? It definitely is after over 6, SIX inches of rain here in Southeast Louisiana. All y'all can't go wrong buying this product.

It says Lifetime and if it weren’t for the hinges I’d agree. We love these storage containers around our pool. We bought two more and now this third to replace our 20+ year old one. Very happy with the quality and lifetime. I’m going to check to see if I can just get the hinges!

I have wanted one of these for years but never could afford it, but just decided it was now or never, and bit the bullet. Voila ...I am quite happy with it am very pleased it does not leak considering all the downpours we have had of late. Excellent purchase.

Needed a large storage bin to replace 2 smaller bins that were in bad shape. The Lifetime bin is double walled making it very sturdy. I live on Tampa Bay and needed a bin that could withstand high winds torrential rains and salt spray. Hoping this bin can do that. It took me about 90 minutes to assemble by myself. Hardest part was getting the hinges installed. Had to use a rubber mallet to get one of the hinges to seat properly. I built a platform with casters for the bin so I could easily move it around when needed and to keep it off the ground. I also caulked all the seams to keep water and bugs out. Hoping water doesn’t get in under the lid. Will update my review in a year.

The video that shows how easy this is to put together is a joke. After trying to put it together with my husband, we were ready to return. I read other reviews and they mentioned using a lubrication to slide pieces together. The instruction manual and video need to add this. Using spray silicone, I was able to slide the pieces together myself. Used silicone caulking around the inside to make it water tight. Will hold many camp chairs and games.

Needed waterproof storage for our patio furniture cushions. Shopped around online and in local stores. Many different boxes were available, but all had some negative feature. These boxes are definitely sturdy, and provide extra seating on the deck. Ordered two boxes and had them delivered. They are VERY heavy, but assembly is quite easy. They have been in service now for about 6 months and have had no leaks. Boxes are lockable so that when we leave we don't have to worry about our cushions walking off. Twelve cushions will easily fit in each box without compressing them. This was a very good purchase.

After reading reviews I decided to purchase the 130 gallon in beige. I watched the assembly video on utube, and the assembly went as expected. Approximately 30 minutes to assemble. My advice is to take your time and make sure everything is square. You will need 2 people to attach the lid.
