Holes were too small for bolts. Had to punch and pound and find a smaller bolt for last connection. Screws to secure bar are too large, have to find smaller ones for 4 locations Otherwise the box looks great and size is perfect.

I've only this about a week so can't speak to waterproof-ness, but it seems sturdy and suits my needs. I decided to pay a little more for better quality, glad I did.
