I bought this with low expectations but I was wrong. This was pleasantly delicious! I consumed the entire tub in less than 24 hrs. I know! Shame on me! I wished that the coffee is stronger but I'm not removing a star since I understand majority probably will like this as is.

I noted that reviews were all over the place; too sweet, tasted bitter, too much cream, too whipped, not enough espresso, too wet, etc... Not knowing what I was going to get, I decided to just decide for myself by giving it a try. While not cheap, it really isn't much more than a single serving of tiramisu in a restaurant. This is sold as 8 servings, but I think I would divide it into 6, not 8. I have to say, my expectations were fairly low going in. I'm pleased to say that I was pleasantly surprised by how yummy I thought this was. I love for the lady fingers in my tiramisu to be soaked, and most of them were. The mascarpone layer is whipped and a little more abundant than I would prefer, but it is shown that way in their photos. I wouldn't say it is fake or like "cool whip". It has the delicate flavor of mascarpone cheese like it should. It definitely is not like the typical fake whipped topping grocery store bakeries use. That icky kind which leaves a greasy residue in your mouth. I think this is miles better than the really popular Member's Mark Tuxedo Cake, probably because that is very rich and I'm not a fan of the cream cheese icing in that one. Different strokes for different folks, as the saying goes.
