We sleep so much better with the adjustable base! Less snoring with the snore setting and its firm enough that you do not need a box spring (it would not work with a box spring anyways.) Our bed frame was getting old and the wood breaking down from all the moves and the age of the frame. We took out the slats and inserted the adjustable base and like new, but better! Highly recommend for the price.

We had been mulling over getting an adjustable base for awhile. We decided that we were going to replace our old mattress with an iSense brand mattress. The adjustable base sold by iSense was around $1400 and we decided to save some money and buy from Sam's Club. The base came almost fully assembled, just had to unfold it, screw the legs on, and connect the electronic controller. Because it is almost fully assembled it is in one box and is very heavy. We were placing the base inside our existing bed frame (head/footboards and rails) to maintain a more traditional look. This did require removing and relocating some of the support slats. I recommend cycling the base positions full up/down to make sure none of the base is rubbing/pushing anywhere. After receiving our new mattress from iSense I discovered that THEIR APP will connect to the Sam's Club base and you can control the base with your smartphone via bluetooth (they must use the same controller?). Perhaps other apps can do the same? We have not found the massage to be all that great, it's a little too noisy. The base is pretty quiet when adjusting which is a plus. Only one remote included. Overall, I love the adjustable base paired with or new mattress, no longer waking up sore!

As others have shared, this is an amazing deal for a sturdy, well made adjustable bed. We got this for our guest bedroom after getting completely spoiled with an adjustable bed in ours. It went together easily-the hardest part was getting the box into the house. It functions exactly like our (far more expensive) L&P. That little added pillow lift feature is great for reading in bed. Now, when one of us is having a rough night, we can use the guest bed for a pleasant night's sleep.

We purchased the Queen size adjustable frame, Very good options for the money with the usb plug-ins & massage motors placed in notable key positions. Head, mid back, & foot placement, massager motors are minimal as far as sound. I find it best to have the foot position motor on while trying to go to sleep so the vibration is not in your ear if you are a side sleeper. The frame is well designed & packaged well, for shipping as far as protecting the mechanical works. It was delivered by Fed Ex and one of the corners of the box was ripped of due to difficulty handling I’m sure by one driver. The box was a little beat up from shipping but it he product arrived unharmed due to the ingenious design when being shipped. It’s been about 1.5 months and the frame is working as planned with our 12” hybrid mattress. The frame fit perfectly inside our log bed frame, could not of asked for better information when looking for the measurements on frame when purchasing. We feel for the money it was a great choice if it stands the test of time, we expect it to though because it seems to be designed well, and built heavy duty. We would definitely purchase again, if we had to do it again. I’m not sure that it would be delivered much different if it were sent by UPS instead.

Was easy to set up. Put in Mission style bedframe by partially disassembling. Put on side and lowered in place. Was worried about putting stress on legs as lowered in place but they held weight with no problems. Like all features but surprised that lowest massage speed gives more action than mid speed.

Decided it was time to try an adjustable base and was really excited when I noticed the price of this one (as compared to the name brand units). The reviews and warranty sealed the deal. Shipping speed was incredible! It arrived in days...well ahead of estimated arrival time. I decided to try the Serra hybrid mattress (also online from Sam’s Club) after reading good reviews and learning it’s compatible with the adjustable base. (Loving it too, by the way.) I’d hoped to lower my bed a bit (to accommodate aging dogs), but had a bit of trouble with the base being able to sit inside my frame. Unfortunately, I had to set the base at it’s tallest level (I think it’s about 11 inches) and buy shorter furniture feet to lower the bed frame ($25 online) in order for the base to clear the frame. (Short story long: the dogs are learning to use a new bed ramp!) Loving the anti-gravity setting to watch tv and read in bed. Still learning the best sleeping positions, but keep falling asleep, so that will take a little more time. Unclear on why the USB ports are on the underside of the base (the head needs to be tilted to access it). I’m not using them for this reason, but would if they were on the side of the base. (Really good idea, but not well designed for practical use in my opinion.) Many reviews mentioned a light under the base. I haven’t noticed (or it doesn’t have one). Also loving the app - no need for the remote!

I have been over the moon about our split-king, in the 2 twin-XL configuration. We bought these 2 frames on Memorial Day weekend of 2021! I don’t see how I could be happier. We were looking in a family-owned mattress store when the salesman told us there are only a handful of companies that make these frames. They are then sold with the exact same remotes, just rebadged with the sellers name on them, like Tempurpedic, Sleep Number, etc. We have never had an instance of aggravation. Everything works beautifully. My bed is used all the time - I have had 2 back surgeries =. 2022 and just recently in 8/2025.I use the massage feature all the time, I also raise and lower the head/feet to help in getting out of bed, I say this to show how well this frame is holding up, under what I think are kind of severe conditions.

Product arrived damaged. Return process was a nightmare. Still nothing week later after assurance that "special team" would be contacting me.

Very sturdy, solid base. Impressed with the workmanship, better than the name brands at almost half the price. Very easy to assemble.

I received my Premier Adjustable Base with 4 legs; the instructions required 6. Today is Saturday and I can't get a hold of anyone until Monday .
