First purchased the Serta Motion Essentials base for my elderly mother and it arrived defective, it was too high for her on the lowest leg height, and we had the worst experience from delivery and customer service. We returned it and purchased this Member's Mark Adjustable Base and we are so glad we did...love, love, love this base! Has many more functions and it is actually operational, the lowest height setting is perfect for my mother, and it is less expensive than the Serta (Ergomotion) base!

Just love this adjustable frame, has everything I wanted and then some. It's features at $499 is a super deal, much higher priced elsewhere. The zero gravity makes you feel like you're resting on a cloud, pair that with the massage and it's heavenly! I'm an avid night reader so loving the pillow tilt feature. I also bought Sam's Club deal on the ghost bed mattress, excellence there, too. Fast delivery, easy set up.....right now I couldn't be more pleased.

Thrilled with my purchase! Works just as described. The motors and movable parts are very quiet. I am 6' 2" - 275 lbs and it works like a champ! This is a 2-person job because of the sheer weight of the piece - it is HEAVY! Fits right inside my headboard, side rails and footboard. Note that base must be completely unobstructed underneath so hydraulic parts can move freely when adjusting. Btw, I went by a bed store to try out their adjustable bases and comparable models were priced $1000-$2000!!!...Sam's knocked this one out of the park!

Was in need of a better frame my wife was in pain. I went to go look at other brands they costed 2x or 3x the price for the same feature. Granted you don't get it split but I also don't have to sell my first born to sleep. Not a bad buy and I got it on sale.

This bed, we have the split king, is almost perfect! So close. We love everything about this bed frame but the control app is horrible! It quite simply doesn't work! Many buttons do NOTHING, while others sort of, almost do what they are supposed to do... Very frustrating for an otherwise great product.

Fast and super easy set up but it is very heavy! You will need two strong backs to set it in place! Fit inside my queen frame perfect, just remove matress supports and place it in onto the floor. Only gripe is the usb plugs are under the frame, why? Very quite operations and remote is very user friendly!

I wanted to give this base a couple of weeks before leaving a review. The bed is great. I'm definitely sleeping much better. I have lower back problems and this bed has helped a lot with that. I love the massage option as well as the lit remote control keys. The USB ports that I've tried work. But I really don't care for those. The base fit perfectly inside my existing bed frame which was great. This base is HEAVY! I wasn't expecting it to be that heavy. I live alone and didn't have anyone to help. After a lot of wrestling with it I was able to get it in place. My only complaint is that shipping was super slow.

I wanted one for my king bed. Wasn’t sure about the split and if it worked with one mattress. But yes it definitely does. And flawlessly. Basically put on six legs throw it in and sync beds. More work throwing away box. It’s definitely a two person job.

I shopped around and could not find another platform with these features any cheaper. Hopefully with the phone application can add even more features like a timer to flatten out the bed after a setable amount of time so you can fall asleep after watching TV. Or an alarm that will vibrate and raise the head of the bed to wake you up. Bed is made well. Be sure to install the middle legs (6 in total). It arrives in a large (half the size of a queen mattress), heavy box. I was able to get it upstairs by myself with lots of effort but I really think it is a 2 person job if you have stairs that turn corners. Assembly was easy and it fit perfectly in my bed frame. The adjustable leg height make it so you can't even tell it is there and works perfectly.

Although we’ve only had our adjustable bed since May 2019, we’re very, very pleased with the quality and all the features for the money! First off, setup is really quick and easy with two people. The foundation arrived in a shipping box (61” x 42” x 9”) that weighed 149 pounds. Given the awkward-to-handle box size and weight, however, I would highly recommend having two fairly strong people available – and a furniture dolly if you have a ways to go. Our FedEx driver could not move it by himself – perhaps if he had a dolly? What’s particularly great is that the legs on the adjustable foundation are positioned to sit inside a standard queen size bed frame. For us that meant that our head board and foot board – both of which attached to the bed frame, could be used with the new foundation. When installed, the overall height from the floor to the top of the foundation was the same as it was with our old 8-1/2” thick foundation sitting on the bed frame. That allowed us to use our existing bed skirt without it being too short. The one modification we did need to make was to our bed skirt. Two small holes needed to be cut into the bed skirt to allow the mattress retaining bar to be attached to the foundation. If our bed skirt was one that just wrapped around the outside of the foundation and didn’t cover it like a sheet that would not have been necessary. The unit operates with very little noise and comes with a nice remote which can be a challenge to use in the dark. Although the remote lights up when any of the buttons are pushed, you better have pushed the right button. Having hit the vibrator button by mistake was not always welcomed by my spouse. And speaking of the spouse, that has been the only other learning curve. We don’t always prefer the same settings, but I’m getting used to it. :)
